• Capacity Building Grants are available for one year only. Operating Support, Program, and Policy Impact grants are available for up to two years. Second year funding is contingent upon the accomplishment of first year goals and Women’s Fund of Western Massachusetts approval.

• Grant awards will be disbursed in one lump sum per year of funding upon receipt of a signed grant contract. 

Types of Grants 
Operating Support Grants
General financial support for organizations whose mission is specifically to serve women and/or girls. Eligibility limited to past grantees.

Program and Policy Impact Grants

For programs offering direct service to women and/or girls, or for initiatives that significantly involve women and/or girls in efforts to impact policies or systems that benefit them.

Capacity Building Grants
Projects aimed at strengthening an organization or program's ability to serve women and/or girls specifically.
